Position: Manager / Senior Manager
Role: To head the Product Design and Development of Special Purpose Machine Design, Industrial Products and Equipments
Work Location: Bangalore
Experience:

• 8 to 12 Years of experience in Design and Development of Special Purpose Machines / Industrial Products.

• Must have handled major machine design / special purpose machine design and development assignments

Qualification and Domain:

• BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Experience of developing SPMs for Steel / Tube plants / Similar process industries

• Hands on Experience in AutoDesk Inventor, Solidworks or similar 3D CAD tools

Job Description:

• The role is head a team of Engineers to develop various special purpose machine design and development for various Industries. The typical initial machines planned for design and development are as below:
  • Hydro Tester Machine for Tube Plant
  • Tube Straightening Machine
  • Offsetting Machine: Tubes

• Must be able to Develop these type of machines from Concept and own entire process of design and development.

• Validate existing design / machines (either internally or in the market) and develop customized new machine to match new requirements and specifications

• Discuss with key stake holders of Customer (Plant Managers / Design Engineers) to come up with appropriate product specifications and manufacturing options

• Lead and Guide Design Engineers in the entire design and development activities

• Using Auto Desk Inventor, create complete machine in 3D and develop all the manufacturing drawings

• Participate and lead all the product design reviews, manufacturing reviews and Installation reviews

• Visit Machine manufacturing vendors, if required, to supervise/ technical discussion during the machine fabrication

Candidate Profile:

• Capable of independently design and develop SPMs and other Industrial Machineries / Products

• Ability to plan and execute critical design and development programs

• Ability to motivate and guide design engineers, and take ownership of complete product design and delivery quality

• Must have similar experience of handling SPM designs

• Must be open to travel for any domestic / International assignments, if needed.

• Must be highly energetic and proactive

• Good interpersonal and communication skills required

Business Development Engineers
Position: Business Development Engineers

  • Domains: Industrial Machineries and Equipments, Aerospace & Defense, Engineering Products and Energy / Power Generation
  • Services: Offshore Product Design / Mechanical R&D Services
    Note: Sound technical background (Product Design and Development) and experience is required, as this position is considered as the Techno-Sales. Must have good attributes to be a successful Business Development Engineer, with excellent communication skills (spoken and written), perseverance and pro-activeness. Required on-the job training shall be provided in case not having sales background.
• Details of activity:
  • Search and select prospects who may need Companies solutions
  • Have a detailed study of customer product lines, possible requirements and possible pain areas where the Company could help
  • Get the contact details of top executives of the company to propose customized solution.
  • Understand the Business Model and Solutions offered by the Company and effectively communicate them to prospects by emails and telephone calls
  • Line up further calls and visit with senior management
  • Effectively leverage various Industry bodies / trade fairs / exhibitions to maximize quality leads
  • Leverage various forms of outbound lead generation through Internet, blogs, E-mails, Direct mails and cold calling
  • Own the daily prospecting target and new customer win targets.

• Must be able to effectively communicate in clear technical and business teams about the value provided by the Company’s company’s solutions

• Must be able to convince prospect on business benefits to him and long-term value of the partnership

Senior Engineers - Machine Design
Position: Senior Engineer / Project Leader
Role: Product Design and Development of Special Purpose Machine Design, Industrial Products and Equipments
Work Location: Bangalore
Experience:

• 4+ Years of experience in Design and Development of Special Purpose Machines, Industrial Machineries & Equipments

• Must have hands on experience in machine design / special purpose machine design and development assignments / Industrial Machinery designs

• Good Experience in using Autodesk Inventor is required

Qualification and Domain:

• BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Experience of developing SPMs for Steel / Tube plants / Similar process industries is added advantage

Job Description:

• Be part of core team of design engineers involved in new machinery design and development (SPMs for Tube & Steel Industry). The role is to take up some of the critical design assignments in designing various special purpose machines. Some example are as below::
  • Hydro Tester Machine for Tube Plant
  • Tube Straightening Machine
  • Offsetting Machine: Tubes

• Must be able design various systems from concept and integrate to final assembly.

• Validate existing design / machines (either internally or in the market) and develop new systems / equipments to match new requirements / specifications

• Develop parts, assemblies and drawings in AutoDesk inventor with best modeling and assembly techniques.

• Own the quality of design developed by him and must be able to develop manufacturing drawings of high quality

Candidate Profile:

• Capable of independently design and develop SPMs and other Industrial Machineries / Products

• Ability to plan and execute critical projects and meet quality and schedule deadlines

• Must have similar experience of handling SPM designs

• Must be open to travel for any domestic / International assignments, if needed.

• Must be highly energetic and proactive

• Good interpersonal and communication skills required

• Must be a team player and hardworking

Stress engineers - Floorgrid / Seatrails

• Stress analysis experience on floor grid on MSC Nastran/Patran

• Hand calculation experience needed

• BS or MS in Engineering with Experience of 3 to 8 years

• Airbus experience in methods and tools useful

• ISSY experience, if any, useful: not necessary

• Good communication skills required

• Must be willing to travel to Germany on long-term

Stress engineers - Composites

• Nastran/Patran with hand calculation experience

• Composite experience / aerospace structure is required: Exposure to FEA of Sandwich parts / construction essential

• BS or MS in Engineering with Experience of 3 to 8 years

• Experience: 2 to 8 years

• Good communication skills

• Must be willing to travel to Germany on long-term
