Job Title:                     BIM Architect

Location:                    The Woodlands, TX and unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for the offsite team. Establish BIM goals, objectives, standards, and protocols.
• Define and uphold BIM standards and guidelines, ensuring adherence to file naming conventions, model organization, and data exchange standards.
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM skills, fostering an understanding of BIM processes and standards.
• Monitor the quality and consistency of BIM data and models for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure proper integration of all project-related data into the BIM.
• Maintain documentation of BIM processes and standards, delivering regular reports to the project manager on implementation progress.
• Supervise the coordination of BIM models from various disciplines to detect and resolve clashes using dedicated software.
• Foster collaboration among diverse design and construction teams. Remain updated on BIM technology and methodologies, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance project BIM processes and outcomes.
• Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.
• Domestic travel required approximately 15% of time to various client sites will be in TX Metropolitan Area and other unanticipated locations within USA.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering followed by two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two (2) years of experience in related occupations of BIM Modeler, BIM Analyst, BIM Consultant or equivalent utilizing Autodesk Revit, Auto Cad and Navisworks. Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. Domestic travel required approximately 15% of time to various client sites will be in TX Metropolitan Area and other unanticipated locations within USA.
