Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for MEP BIM Project management, as well as MEP Coordination duties that include checking & review of DD, CD sets& shop drawings, Team supervision, etc.
• Handle multiple functions and activities in high pressure environments with tight deadlines.
• Strong expertise on standardization of BIM production workflow with better quality control processes
• Proficient in Revit 3D BIM modeling.
• Detailed modelling for HVAC, Electrical, PHE & Fire Protection service support structure Modeling.
• Expert level in creating & editing the MEP Revit Families with Parameters.
• Detailed modelling for MEP- HVAC, Electrical & PHE services with Sections, 3D views, enlarged views, Annotation, and Detailing Quantity schedules, templates, Title sheet setting etc.
• Hands on experience in Scan to BIM Electrical & MEP modeling by using Recap & EdgeWise.
• Hands on experience to setup MEPF/ architecture/structure/ projects for Scan to BIM conversion.
• Resolve the modeler queries and estimate the work quantity and effort estimation.
• Performing clash analysis within services & for all other services & solving the clashes if any.
• Preparation of Project Setup in REVIT MEP.
• Creating Multiuser work sharing environment in Revit MEP.
• Efficient communication skills with good presentation, negotiation and relationship characteristics.
• Consistently produce high quality of work.
• Ability to consistently work independently.
• Familiar with discipline specific design software and design management systems.
• Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns to the manager.
